Cetina River

The source of the Cetina river is near Cetina village in Civljane municipality. River is one-houndred-kilometre long, and it flows into the Adriatic Sea near Omiš. Because of its landscape, ecology and history, it creates and connects one of the most interesting and most beautiful parts of Croatia, whose beauty is cure for eyes and soul of a modern man alienated from the nature.

Butižnica River

Butižnica is one of the seven rivers that flow through the city of Knin. Its source is on the tri-border area of Dalmatia, Bosnia and Lika, and the river is 39 km long. Butižnica flows through Golubićko polje and Kninsko polje and it is the only permament and inexhaustible tributary of the river Krka. Its beauty attracts both visitors and nature lovers and recreational fishermen.

Kosovčica River

Kosovčica is a beatiful and picturesque small river only 15 km long. Kosovčica stream has its source in the south-east part of the Kosovo field near Riđane village. Nearby its estuary in the river Krka you can find the extraordinary and very attractive Burum and Šarena lakes.

Zrmanja River

The river Zrmanja streams north of Knin, at the foot of the mountain Poštak in Lika. It runs through the canyon it made under the south slopes of the mountain Velebit. Zrmanja is also known as the river of six canyons dotted with inhabited fields. In one part flows the municipality of Ervenik and flows into Novigrad sea near Obrovac. Zrmanja is both a mountain and plain river, abundant in flora and fauna, which makes it one of the most gorgeous rivers of the Adriatic basin.
