Grilled trout

Ingredients:

  • 6 trout
  • salt
  • oil

Preparation:

Clean, wash and dry the trout, then coat it in olive oil. Place it onto the grill or the Dalmatian gradele. Grill for about 10 minutes on each side. The fish needs to be repeatedly coated in oil during the grilling.

Ingredients for drizzle:

  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped herbs (rosemary, oregano, thyme)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g of almonds

Preparation:

Mix the ingredients in a bowl, add salt and pepper, cover in olive oil depending on the desired thickness. Drizzle over the fish and sprinkle with coarsely chopped almonds.
